Apprentice Week - Monday - Everyone Wins

At Epix Systems we believe that our staff are our most valuable asset. We do everything we can to help them enjoy their time at work and to grow as individuals. The degree apprenticeships have become a permanent part of our recruitment strategy as we feel this program meshes well with our philosophy.
Degree apprenticeships are a fantastic way for us to hire talented staff who can deliver real benefit to our customers. We have found our apprentices to be enthusiastic, creative and gifted individuals. They have become part of our Epix family, and like any family, it has been exciting to watch them grow.
As a parent myself, I feel that the degree apprenticeships are a fantastic way for a young person to combine a degree with real-world experience. It makes the individual a more attractive prospect when applying for work as they come with a degree and experience. Additionally, if you and your company get on well, then you will most likely have a job offer already when you finish your apprenticeship.
From a financial point of view, it also makes sense. You will start earning as soon as you start your apprenticeship and as there are no tuition fees, you will leave without owing anything.
From my perspective, everyone wins with a degree apprenticeship. The employer gains a valuable member of their team, and the apprentice earns a fulltime salary, whilst gaining valuable real-world experience and graduates with a degree after four years.
