The system allows you to manage responsive repairs, cyclical gas maintenance programs including MOT style last service date, installations and the production/storage of LGSR. The software includes support for:

  • Production, emailing, and storage copies of the LGSR.
  • Full audit trail of every engineer who has worked at a property.
  • Scheduling annual gas servicing, including the production of the appointment letters and SMS messages.
  • Integration to Aaeron QL, Capita, Civica, Northgate and Orchard
  • Electronic timesheets.
  • Daily vehicle checks and pre-visit risk assessments
  • Applications for numerous jobs, process certificates and then raise a single VAT invoice for the certificate. Or conventional VAT invoices for work.
  • Allocation of operatives using a diary which includes best match / closest operative.
  • KPI reporting including last service date, first visit fix, appointments made and kept, operative SMV performance, completed in response and over 600 other included reports.
  • Multiple contracts per client, pricelists, SOR codes, and per-client priorities.
