EPiX Systems Ltd are proud to announce another successful IT project within local government.
We have recently provided a fault diagnostic solution for use in a 24x7 callcentre. The system integrates with their customers' housing systems and our own Mobile Working software.
On day one jobs were being completed within 45 minutes of the call ending. By the end of the first full month approximately 25% of jobs were being attended on the same working day as the fault was reported.
