The operative can record the job information through the use of automated timestamps, tick boxes, lists and bar codes, and then send this to the office upon completion. Furthermore, requests for further work, parts or inspections can also be recorded.

Through the use of GPRS networks, the PDAs can ensure the operatives are up-to-date and the office staff have real-time information regarding a job's status. This information can then be used to calculate further information including employee bonuses, stock control and costing processes – all without the need for paperwork.

Gas Servicing

For companies who are immersed in contracts for gas services, we provide specialised software for handheld devices. This software enables the operatives to complete forms CP4 and CP12 electronically.

In keeping to our normal practice of paperless work-methods, this system also features the ability to electronically transfer CP4 and CP12 forms to the resident's landlord upon completion.
