Whilst buyers from other industries may look down on their counterparts in the construction and maintenance industries, we believe that the huge variety of products that need to be sourced, often with very short notice, presents an enormous challenge for most organisations.

We have designed our system to be flexible, enabling product coding to be used if desired but permitting manually entered items where one off purchases are made.

Stand-alone purchasing systems can be provided, with or without integrated stock control. Purchasing can be integrated with our job control and mobile working packages and potentially with your existing systems as well as those of your suppliers.

Deliveries and invoices can be recorded and checked on our system if required, but the use of these facilities is optional. The system can be used just within the office, or sites can be given access via the internet or dial in connections to log requisitions, make enquiries about previous requisitions, look up orders for their contract and record deliveries.
