Given the huge volume of requests to respond to and jobs to process, it is vital to ensure that nothing is overlooked. In order to highlight a problem quickly our system displays open jobs, out of response jobs and other key performance indicators on screen.

As jobs are processed these screens are automatically updated. This is especially useful where the workforce are equipped with our palmtop computers, as this provides real-time status information. The work currently held by each engineer or subcontractor is shown.

In a client / contractor partnership we can provide "open book" reassurance that work is being carried out as ordered. The real-time nature of the status updates assists effective checking by both client and contractor of work in progress or recently completed.

Real-time information can also be made available to residents, should this be desired.
