The systems support clients, branches, regions, addresses and assets. Assets carry around a fully–customisable register of information as well as a wide range of links to enable rapid querying of historical installation, repairs and maintenance.
The systems allow for multiple different pricing structures for each client e.g. day to day responsive work, void work, emergency/out of hours, planned work etc. Fully definable to suit your contracts.
Flexible Charging By Code or Time and Materials
We support charging using SOR code, manual codes and also automatic uplifts from recorded time and materials.
We support multi–trade engineers where you have a combination of highly specialised engineers and multi–skilled ones too.
Multi–Issue & Split Jobs
Throughout our products we are able to issue individual jobs to multiple engineers or sub–contractors. Jobs can also be split into multiple smaller jobs for easier management and allocation.
Within our products we support cyclical and scheduled work processes. Work can be automatically released as per a work schedule or created as part of a specific cycle. All generated work feeds directly into our other modules including job control and mobile working. Dashboard widgets support the whole life–time of an assets scheduling to highlight impending failures and keep you on target.
