Our latest visit was to the brilliant Spokemead, based in South East London. They’re the principal contractor for electrical installation, repairs and maintenance across London’s largest borough and have been using MARKUS since 2018.
’This was another great visit,’ explains Ian Mellor, EPIX’s Technical Director. ‘We were able to very quickly show them how to pin reports, clone jobs, and give a sneak preview of the new colour themes. It was also one of our new apprentice, Ella’s, first visits.’
‘It was a brilliant first client visit,’ says Ella. ‘It was so good to see MARKUS in action and to learn how it’s used on a daily basis across an organisation like Spokemead.’
Chris, our Implementation Manager, was also on the trip. ’Not only do we get to see how people are using MARKUS when we do these visits, but we talk about ways to improve the system and help users increase their understanding of the way it works. Plus we get to socialise after work, which is always a highlight!’
