We’ve recently added a new field to the Status Change Report so that you can find jobs more easily. The Status Change Report shows all of your job status changes, and can be filtered by Date, Client, Depot, Contract and more.
The Secondary Job Reference field is new and is where you can store the unique identifier that your client uses for their jobs. This is particularly useful when you are given just your client’s job reference and means you can easily search and find the job being referenced.
You can set the Secondary Job Reference from the Job Sheet by clicking the pencil icon in the General Details section. On the next screen you’ll be able to change the Secondary Job Reference. Alternatively, you can set it when you’re creating a job – using the Manual Job Entry or the Job Importer.
This change was made at the request of one of our customers and means users can easily see what job the report is referring to, even when they only have the client’s job reference at hand.

I hope you’ve found this article, and the new feature, useful – if you have any feature requests, such as adding a field to a report, please feel free to give us a call.
