- Added a new report to display expired operative details – to allow for tracking of qualifications and training; made the operative details section respect different data types to enable expiry date entry
- Bulk personalisation: added copying of menus and dashboards to a list of users at the same time

Changes For a Single Contractor

- Amended Archibus/UWE API integration: add dates to the exported Operative Notes; make documents downloaded default to visible by operative on the mobile app; revised visit print export; new pass-back interface; added 2 paths so that jobs can be sent back as stalled for a contractors interface; updated the PCR codes for PPM jobs; send rejection notes with pass back
- Improved the Northgate NEC/LBS API integration to handle slower VPN connections without duplicating jobs in the client’s system
- Changed the “add to project” to allow jobs for a range of sites to be added to the same project ignoring the site restriction
- Tweaked the Your Housing interface to ignore notes which we already have as attachments
- Created an alternative MARKUS mobile download for a second site that needed alternative configuration options

- Fixed the new survey setup screen so it shows all the questions, rather than a select few
- Fixed the Xero Exporter “Description” and the “Tax Type” to always work from the client defaults
- Fixed the Job Inspections report showing duplicate rows where the survey has multiple “important” tasks
