The development process is very much a team event, from design and refinement, through coding, to test and release so it there’s no league table of issue stats this month, despite me finding it fun to compile it!
This release continues the pattern from the last couple of months – a fairly large list of small fixes. About of a third of the issues closed in this release are 100% driven by us to improve the product, which leaves the other two thirds for changes requested by our customers. Our newest customer is down to less than 10% of all this release’s changes, which is always a good sign that we are reaching the end of the honeymoon period. We focus a lot on how we move from an new implementation with a new customer into Business As Usual, and we always try to bend and flex the existing product around their unique requirements, so it’s no surprise that they have been asking for small tweaks here and there.
