We all know that manual allocation rules are a big deal! They are used to help us remember important information when issuing jobs so we can keep our engineers safe.
Still, like most reminders, when we see it often enough it can fade into the background – we stop paying attention to what it tells us and ignore its guidance. No more! One of our fabulous new developers, Marwah, has come to sprinkle some colour into your day!
New, colourful rules can be added at any time by a user with Setup permissions (and access to the Details page) by going into Setup -> Details and filtering for ‘Manual Allocation Rules’.
Here you can select the rule you want to highlight, and select a colour. Using bright and warm colours will help your rules pop out!
You can assign manual allocation rules to any property, just hit ‘View Details’ in the General Details section of the jobsheet.
There you will find the Manual Allocation Rules where you can add important details about the site that will impact your staff when issuing jobs.
This will appear both on the job sheet…
